Walk through the market and explore with Ilaria local and regional produce sold by her favorite vendors at the market. You will purchase ingredients that you will use during your cooking class after the market tour.
After the tour, you will learn to cook a regional Florentine meal from recipes that she learned from her Nonna Cé and enjoy learning about the skills and techniques that Ilaria has honed over the years before you share the meal you helped prepare with her.
